Exclusively for Home Reset Alumni

Ellie… what's next?

Please tell me Home Reset isn't the end!

Are you creating something for alumni?

We need a next step!

Hey my dear friend,

Last week I was sitting with my calendar, and I had one of those funny moments where your own teaching comes back and smacks you in the face.

I was looking at everything I had committed to.

Every appointment. Every project. Every yes I had said.

And all of a sudden, I stopped and thought…

Who decided that everything that comes into my life gets to stay there?

Isn't that exactly what I've been teaching all these years?

Just because something comes into our home doesn't automatically deserve a permanent place there.

So why was I treating my calendar differently?

I literally ripped the page out. I emptied it. I started with a completely clean page.

And then, one by one, I began inviting things back.

What truly needed to happen this week? What was genuinely important? What could wait? What could be canceled?

And even when something did deserve to come back, I asked another question:

Does this actually need me—or can someone else do it?

I delegated some things. I canceled some things. I said no to some things. I paid for help with some things.

And some things simply did not make it back onto the page.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I just sat there laughing. Because I realized…

I wasn't using some amazing productivity system. I was just using Frum Minimalism. On my calendar.

With love,

Ellie

What This Actually Looked Like in My Real Life

A video note from Ellie · Part One

The moment I sat down with my calendar and realized what I was really looking at.

A video note from Ellie · Part Two

Frum Minimalism is never only about our homes.

Our homes are simply where we learned it first.

We thought we were learning how to declutter a home.

But somewhere along the way, something else happened.

We started asking better questions.

We started making different decisions.

That not everything that enters our lives is meant to stay.

That we do not have to keep managing things we do not even want.

And that lesson does not end when the closets are decluttered.

I've caught myself applying Frum Minimalism everywhere.

My phoneMy shoppingMy calendarMy commitmentsMy routinesMy expectationsThe things I spend money onThe things I give my energy toEven the thoughts I allow to take up space in my mind

I keep finding myself asking: Does this actually deserve a place in my life?

And friends,

I cannot stop thinking about it right now.

Because for years, so many of you have asked me the same question:

“Ellie... what's next?”

Every time someone asked, I would smile and say, “I know. We need to do something.”

Because I always knew Home Reset was not the end.

I just did not know what the next step was supposed to look like.

Then this whole calendar thing happened.

And suddenly, it became so clear.

We are not finished learning Frum Minimalism.

Not even close.

We have spent all this time learning and practicing how to apply it to our homes.

But what happens when we begin applying everything we have learned to the rest of our lives?

My first thought was:

“I'll spend the next year reading every book I can find, researching everything, figuring it all out—and then I'll come back and teach everyone.”

But then I laughed.

Because that does not even sound like us.

This community has never been about me disappearing for a year and coming back with all the answers.

We have always grown together.

Some of my favorite ideas, and some of my biggest breakthroughs, have come because one of you asked a question that made me think differently.

You've challenged me.Encouraged me.Inspired me.

And I honestly think I have learned just as much from this community as many of you tell me you have learned from me.

So instead...

I have a different idea.

What if we explore this together?

What if, once a month, we take one area of life and look at it through a Frum Minimalism lens?

Not because I have figured life out.

Believe me... I haven't.

But because we have already seen what happens when we begin questioning what we have accepted automatically.

And I cannot imagine exploring this next chapter with anyone else but you girls.

Before We Keep Going...

Before I go any further, there is something I need you to hear.

A message from my mother

My mother was right.

I do not have everything together.

But Home Reset gave me something I did not have before.

It gave me a foundation.

Instead of my home constantly draining me, it supports me.

And because there is more space in my home, I finally have more mental space to notice the next layer.

The clutter in our calendars.

Our routines.

Our expectations.

Our shopping.

Our commitments.

Our mental load.

Our parenting.

Our relationships.

Our time.

Our attention.

And now I want to see what happens when we keep building on our Frum Minimalism foundation.

That is exactly why I created the Inner Circle.

So... What Is the Frum Minimalism Inner Circle?

The Inner Circle is where we take what began inside our homes and begin exploring what it can change everywhere else.

Home Resettaught us how to stop maintaining things we did not even want.

The Inner Circleis where we continue the journey.

Now we are going to begin asking those questions about our time, energy, attention, money, routines, commitments, relationships, and the rest of our lives.

Sometimes we may use the same Empty, Clean, Invite Back process I used on my calendar.

Other times, we may explore an entirely different Frum Minimalism idea.

BoundariesDefaultsDecision fatigueMental loadExpectationsReducing maintenanceLetting go of guiltChoosing what matters

Creating systems that support the life we are actually living.

What Are We Going to Explore?

I do not want to plan every conversation before we even begin.

Yes, I already have plenty of ideas:

Time and calendar clutterTechnology and our phonesShopping and consumptionMotherhoodMarriage and relationshipsDecision-makingMental loadRoutines and defaultsHospitalityPaperworkHealthGoalsPreparing for Yom TovExpectations and guiltChoosing what matters in different seasons of life

But I also know that some of our best conversations will come from real life.

From a challenge many of us are facing.

From a question that makes all of us stop and think.

Because that is always how we have grown.

The topics will change.

The conversations will grow with us.

But we will keep returning to the same larger question:

What happens when Frum Minimalism becomes more than something we do with our stuff?

What Does a Typical Month Look Like?

One Live Inner Circle Gathering

Once a month, we will come together live to focus on one area of life.

Practical Resources

After our gathering, you will receive worksheets, PDFs, checklists, reflection questions, or other useful resources to help you take the conversation further.

Ongoing Community

The conversation does not have to end when the monthly gathering is over. Our private community will be a place to ask questions, share wins, talk through real-life decisions, encourage one another, and keep growing together throughout the month.

see you live ♡

And if you cannot join us live, do not worry. Every gathering will be recorded, so you can watch whenever it works for you.

The Inner Circle Community

The main community will be a new private WhatsApp group.

That is where we will ask questions, celebrate wins, share ideas, encourage one another, and continue the conversations that begin during our live gatherings.

For those who do not use WhatsApp, I will also open a Google Chat.

I know many of us have wished Google Chat felt more like WhatsApp.

Believe me... I've tried!

But a community is built by the women inside it—not by the platform itself.

My hope is that wherever you join us, you will jump in, ask questions, share your wins, and help us continue building this beautiful community together.

I will be there regularly to teach, encourage, answer questions, and be part of the conversation.

At the same time, I want to be honest about what this is.

This is not private coaching or unlimited 24/6 access to me.

The magic of the Inner Circle is about  being in a room filled with women who already understand the language, have done the work, and want to keep growing together.

A Few Questions You Might Have

The Inner Circle is exclusively for women who have already been through Home Reset Bootcamp and understand the foundation of the method. That does not mean your home has to be perfect. Mine certainly isn't! You may still have areas to work through. You may decide to go through Home Reset again. You may discover something completely new each time. But Home Reset is where we first practice this way of thinking. The Inner Circle is where we begin taking it beyond the home.

Absolutely. Life happens. Babies arrive. Summer happens. Yom Tov happens. Busy seasons happen. Sometimes we are simply surviving. This is not a club for women with picture-perfect homes. It is for women who know the Home Reset method, understand how much lighter life can feel, and want to keep growing. The Inner Circle may even help you reconnect with the foundation when you need it.

The Inner Circle is being designed for real life. We will meet live once a month, and every gathering will be recorded. You can join the community as much or as little as works for your season. There is no falling behind. There is no perfect way to participate. The purpose is to make life feel lighter—not give you another program to manage.

No problem at all. Every gathering will be recorded so you can watch whenever it works for you.

Yes. I will be there regularly to teach, encourage, answer questions, join conversations, and celebrate your wins. But this is not private coaching or unlimited access to me whenever you send a message. This is a real community. A place where we learn from one another, support one another, and keep the conversation going together.

Yes. We will also have a Google Chat for members who do not use WhatsApp.

Your Founding Membership includes one full year inside the Frum Minimalism Inner Circle. That includes all 12 monthly gatherings, every recording, the practical resources, and community access throughout the year.

You do not need to have everything together. Honestly, none of us do. But if you have been through Home Reset and found yourself thinking, 'I do not want this journey to end,' then I think you are exactly who the Inner Circle is for.

Ready for What's Next?

Come spend this year with me.

If Home Reset taught us anything, it is this:

Changing your home changes more than your home.

It changes the way you think.

The questions you ask.

The decisions you make.

The things you no longer feel guilty saying no to.

It gives you breathing room.

And once you have experienced that, it is very hard to go back.

That is why I do not want this journey to end.

And judging by your messages, neither do you.

So let's keep going.

We will learn from each other.

We will laugh.

We will celebrate wins.

We will get stuck sometimes.

We will keep asking better questions.

And together, we will discover what happens when Frum Minimalism becomes more than something we do in our homes...

And begins shaping the way we live.

If you've been asking me—or quietly thinking:

“Ellie... what's next?”

I really think this is it.

I cannot imagine exploring it with anyone else.

Thank you for growing with me.

Thank you for letting me be part of your homes and your lives these past few years—or even just these past few months.

I truly believe we are only beginning.

I cannot wait to see where this next chapter takes us.

Come spend this year with me.
